The Monterey is an amazing place to live. Great roof garden, pool and gym in the building, close to subways, Central Park, Whole Foods, the whole Upper East Side, playground and basketball courts right across the street. Excellent staff takes care of things on time. Never had a problem here.

I’ve lived here for 5 years & am a big fan of the building, amenities & everyone that works here. The staff goes above & beyond to make it a great place to live. The building is very clean, well-maintained & upscale, & the roof is a fun social scene where residents get to interact with the neighbors & host private parties.
